We will send you a link to log on to Experian and retrieve your credit report, and then authorize us to review it. We never see your Social Security number. Our review of credit history does not obligate us to sign a lease with you. We do not consider smokers. Your credit history must be perfect. Your income and type of income after debt must be approved by us. We do not charge the normal one months lease as a security deposit. In lieu of deposit, a non-refundable half months rent amount will be charged upon move in to cover the normal cleaning and small damages. If damages exceed $2,000 you will be charged the amount over $2,000. No pets or visiting pets of any kind are allowed except registered medical. We do not allow tenants to go on a month to month basis after the first term or any term. Sometimes we have more than one applicant in which case we reserve the right to offer the home to the tenant that we feel will be compatible to us and/or will pay the best price or the longest term over the asking price.
